Day opportunities

We provide opportunities and training for people with physical disabilities and sensory impairments between the ages of 18 to 65 at the REATCH centre and Scope. Headway Plymouth also provides day opportunities for people with an acquired brain injury.

Activities include art, crafts, woodwork, photography, music and adult education. The centres also works with other agencies to offer individual and group activities which help people to achieve individual outcomes such as personal independence, self-confidence and social interaction.

To provide greater access to outside social activities including swimming and bowling we also work with Livability who provide tailored one to one support.

Further information can be obtained from the service providers mention above.
