Plymouth City Council recognises the lifelong implications of providing legal permanence to children through private law applications such as adoption, special guardianship and residence orders.

We are committed to providing a range of support services, including financial support under certain circumstances. The financial support that is available is detailed in our financial support handbook, which can be downloaded below.
