Complaints, comments and compliments

We believe everyone involved with our social care and health services should have the right to express their views and make complaints, suggestions or compliments about the services we provide. We see your feedback as a way of improving the quality and effectiveness of our services, so we’re always ready to listen.

We hope that most things you are concerned about can be settled by speaking to the person you normally see. However, if you would like to talk to someone different you can speak to the Customer Relations Team.

The Customer Relations Team will deal with your complaint under our formal Complaints and Representations Procedure or under Plymouth City Council’s Customer Comments Procedure.

Our social care and health services have their own dedicated contact procedure as required by legislation. If you wish to contact us regarding complaints, comments or compliments, please contact the Customer Relations Team.
