ADOPTION LEAVE AND PAY
Adopting a child is a major commitment and life change. We support our employees during the adoption process and offer both leave and pay for our employees who have been matched with a child for adoption.
There are two types of leave. They are called Ordinary Leave and Additional Leave. Together they amount to 52 weeks leave.
Employees are paid statutory adoption pay which is determined by the government.
