What is it?
It's our plan to make better use of the buildings we have.
We want to improve where you work and create a more flexible way of working and delivering services.
By rationalising the number of buildings we have, we expect to make £1.5 million savings in rent and running costs a year. And that's just the first phase of the project. We've also started rolling out the second phase which will see us saving £475,000 a year running and rent costs and reduce a maintenance backlog by £1.2 million.
Not only do we save money, we get a more modern work-place to boot.
