Financial management and budgetary control training
This course is aimed at budget managers, who must attend the course. Budget support staff and finance teams can also attend and should have an awareness of routine financial management and budgetary control procedures.
The course, which is highly interactive, is held in the Guildhall. Your invite email will tell you which room it's being held in.
In order to give you a flavour before the course you are asked to carry out some prereading in order to link your role to this very important topic. There is also a mini quiz that you are asked to complete and return before the course.
