Copy: select the file/folder you require and then click on the edit menu and choose copy

Paste: select the location for the file or folder that you want to copy into a new location, and then choose paste from the edit menu.

Expand: to navigate around the tree structure within Windows explorer you do not have to click on each folder, you can click on the plus sign at the side of the folder to open up the sub-folders.

Selecting a folder: once you have navigated to the folder that you require you will have to click on that folder to display all files/folders within it.

Drive: a drive is a location on which you can save data files. It can be your computer’s non-removable hard disk, a network location or a removable media storage device.

Folders (and subfolders): folders on a computer provide a storage system similar to folders in a filing cabinet. Folders can contain files and other folders (known as subfolders).
