Highways register
Under Section 36 of the Highways Act 1980, the Council are obliged to keep a list of all the streets in the city which are highways maintainable at public expense.
This list can be viewed below. The information given is for guidance only as the register is regularly amended and updated.

An administrative charge will be made:
- £30 for a letter
- £60 for a letter and a plan
- £90 for a letter and a plan and additional information
Cheques should be made payable to Plymouth City Council and a receipt will be enclosed with our reply.
