Highway problems online form
The recommended way of reporting potholes is to use Plymouth On A Map.
Simply enter your postcode or navigate to the location where the pothole is, click on the map and then select Potholes from the within the Transport and Streets section. (A full help guide is available if you have any questions). Alternatively, you can use the form on this page.
