Penalty Charge Notices (Parking Ticket)

Under the Traffic Management Act 2004, we will issue a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) to a vehicle if it is found to be parked in a way which disregards the regulations. If you receive a PCN you must not ignore it as the subsequent legal process could mean you incur additional costs.

Payment

Unfortunately we will be unable to take any online payments from 1.30pm on Monday 30 April to 9am on Tuesday 1 May 2012. The alternative payment methods stated on the Penalty Charge Notices are available. We apologise for any inconvenience.

You can pay a parking fine online using our penalty charge notice payment and appeals website.

You will need your PCN number (the number on the ticket beginning with PL) and the vehicle registration number. You can also view photographs/video footage if available on our penalty charge notice payment and appeals website.

Please note: Your ticket will not be available to view or pay online until the following administrative working day after the ticket has been issued, but you can telephone 0845 3000 600 on the day of issue to pay.

Parking fines can also be paid at the Civic Centre.
