Local Transport Plan 2006 to 2011

The Local Transport Plan (LTP) covers the period from 2006 to 2011. It contains the transport targets and objectives the Council has set itself to achieve for this period and the strategies, policies and measures that will be developed and employed to do this.

The Local Transport Plan 2 (LTP2), 2006 to 2011 can be viewed from the documents table below.

The plan draws from a number of evolving supporting documents which will be periodically reviewed and updated.
