Traffic regulations

The continued development of our road network together with clear effective signing and self-explanatory standard road design, are essential in our drive to help improve road safety, reduce pollution and improve the city’s street scene in accordance with the city’s Local Transport Plan.

The Traffic Regulations Team is responsible for traffic management, parking schemes, temporary road closures and any other scheme that requires a traffic regulation order.
