Provisional Local Transport Plan 2006 - 2011
Plymouth’s Local Transport Plan 2 (LTP2) and its supporting documents are subject to on-going review and change in advance of submission of the Final LTP2 deadline in March 2006.
The provisional LTP2 concentrates on establishing the transport strategy for Plymouth together with appropriate performance indicators and targets. The final version will refine the strategy to account for further developments that are completed during 2005, including regional and local planning policies, accessibility planning, noise mapping, climate change, and outcomes of studies such as that for the Eastern Corridor.
It will incorporate feedback from the community and include an updated and prioritised five-year programme of actions to achieve its successful implementation.
The closing date for comments on the Provisional Local Transport Plan 2006-2011 has now passed. However, please note that the consultation period for the Strategic Environmental Assessment is 2 December 2005 to 13 January 2006.
LTP2 Summary Leaflets
A number of summary leaflets have been produced to help give people an overview of what the LTP2 documents are about. Read the LTP2 summary leaflets.
The plan draws from a number of evolving supporting documents which will be periodically reviewed and updated.
