For the 2011 to 2012 academic year:
- Secondary schools do not have catchment areas.
- Primary schools have catchment areas (for this year only) with the exception of the Roman Catholic schools and Widewell Primary School.
- If the primary school you wish your child to attend is oversubscribed, the catchment area is taken into account in the order of priority in which applications are considered.
