Also on offer
On Tuesday and Thursday mornings throughout August you can visit our ‘Stories from the Stores’ exhibition to talk to members of staff and volunteers about the thousands of items we have in our Social History collection. See how they pack the objects into new boxes and maybe have a go yourself. You can also choose your most and least favourite object and give feedback to help us decide what we should be collecting.
Also, from 10.30am to 12.30pm each Thursday throughout August we’ll be offering handling tables in the Museum. Come and get up close and personal with some of the objects from our collections!
