Phase 3 - Station Access Road and Saltash Road
The improvements for Saltash Road and the Station Access Road will complement the North Road East works and provide a complete scheme with improved access from the junction at Saltash Road through the station area to the junction at North Road East.
Saltash Road is the primary route to and from the station for pedestrians and cyclists and is the exit for vehicles serving the station. The proposals will seek to make this a more welcoming, attractive and safer area for pedestrians and cyclists as they mix with cars and taxis.
