I am making enquiries into renting a stall in the market and would like to know what the average rent would be?
There are two trading options:
- market daily benches
- market weekly stalls
The current charges are:
- one daily bench is £6.50 per day
- one weekly stall is £76.50 per week
Are there any other costs involved?
Every trader must have product and public liability insurance to the value of £5m.
How do I find out what stalls are available?
Contact the market office by phone, fax or email for the most up-to-date information available to us.
What is the application process?
On confirmation of trading availability, you are required to complete an application/proposal form, which will be processed by the market office/manager.
The market is open Monday to Saturday and has extended opening hours over Christmas and Bank Holidays. See our opening times page for more details.
