Prospective Adopters Report
Your Social Worker will use everything they have learnt about you to prepare a detailed Prospective Adopters Report describing your interests, skills and abilities as well as the results of the medical and background checks. You will be able to read everything in this report and make any changes to ensure that it represents you and your life as fairly and accurately as possible.
