Contributors' guidelines

To contribute please submit using the following guidelines

1. Title of opportunity/news

2. Name of organisation and/or venue

3. Date (if relevant)

4. Description - Maximum 50 words.

5. Website address - for further information. If a website is not available - an email address and phone number.

Please note:

a) If you go above the 50-word limit we cannot guarantee to use your information.

b) We do not include/circulate separate attachments for information other than specific Plymouth City Council news, nor do we include promotional info for events/gigs. This news page is targeted at funding, opportunities, news and creative employment.

c) Please send your information in Word format (PDF format will not be accepted) or in the body of an email. Formatting is not necessary so please do not use centred text, colours etc. Imagery will not be included.

d) The Council reserves the right to edit - or not to publish - any submitted material, and does not take responsibility for the accuracy for each article.

e) The email address for bulletin information to be sent to is arts@plymouth.gov.uk
