Ambassadors

On 7 October a BID ambassadors conference took place at the Theatre Royal. The aim of the conference was to meet and review the progress and impact of the BID during its first six months. Attendees were also consulted on the BID projects for 2006 to 2008 and future city centre business requirements were also identified.

Throughout the conference five discussion points were facilitated and fed back to the attendees. These discussion points were:

• Promotion and marketing
• Projects 2006 to 2007
• Customer experience
• Business involvement
• Leadership and strategy
