Home information pack news

The requirement for the Home Information Pack (HIP) has been suspended. Homes marketed for sale on or after 21 May 2010 will no longer require a HIP. However, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will still be needed. House sellers will still be required to have commissioned an EPC before the property is marketed.
