Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services provide a range of treatment services to children and young people aged 0 to 18 who suffer from emotional, psychological and/or psychiatric distress.

These services are offered at Mount Gould hospital, for those children and young people with more severe symptoms, and are community based services for those children and young people with mild to moderate disabilities.

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service is a multi-agency service so lots of different people can offer help, including Plymouth Social Services.
