This building offers a range of offices, storage facilities and workshops from 155 sq ft to 1200 sq ft. To reduce costs tenants can take advantage of background heating and lighting in our open topped units, although self contained units are also available.
Electricity supplies are individually metered to each unit. All business units will have an individually metered 30 amp single phase supply. In some cases a 60 amp, 3-phase supply is available.

Heating is provided in common areas and tenants are responsible for the cost of heating and lighting within their units. Gas and electricity used by tenants in The Computer Complex is sub metered by Plymouth City Council and costs will be back-charged to tenants on a monthly basis.
We have an in-house telecomms provider, Westbrook Telecommunications, who provide services at preferential rates for tenants. Tenants are responsible for the payment of installation charges, rental charges and the cost of calls.
