Children’s Integrated Disability Service

Children’s Integrated Disability Services provides a range of services to disabled children and young people living in Plymouth.

The service consists of the following teams, (use the relevant links below for more information on the respective team):

Plymouth City Council, Plymouth NHS Hospitals Trust and Plymouth Primary Care Trust have worked together to improve co-ordination in the way that professionals work together with families to support children.

As a result, the Children’s Integrated Disability Service, working with teams at the Child Development Centre, provide a Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

The Single Point of Contact provides the main route of access to multi-agency services within Children’s Integrated Disability Service.
