If you have an essential worker's permit it will need to be renewed in the month that it expires. Please ensure the Parking Unit receives your renewal application at least 14 working days before your current permit expires. Applicants wishing to renew before this time may do so but will need to return the existing permit. To renew your permit complete a form available below and returned by post, with a company headed letter stating you are employed by the company, with cheque payment to the parking Unit.
If you change your vehicle, your existing permit must be returned in order that a replacement permit can be issued at no extra cost. Please also complete a change of vehicle form available from the documents table below and send a copy of proof of ownership of your the new vehicle.

If you change your address you will need to provide proof of the new address of business to the Parking Unit either in person or by post. You do not need to return the permit for this.
If your company changes employees, the existing permit must be returned in order that a replacement permit can be issued at no extra cost. Please also complete a change of employee form below and send copies of proof of ownership and proof of employment for the new employee.
If the original permit is not returned when completing a change of vehicle, the current charge will be made for an additional permit. In the event of the permit being lost or stolen it may be replaced, but the current charge will be made for the replacement. If you are no longer employed by the company your old permit should be returned to the Parking Unit.
Warning - any person knowingly making a false statement for the purpose of obtaining a Residents Parking Permit is liable to a fine not exceeding £1,000(Section 115 (2) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984)
