What do I do if I have changed my address?

You will need to complete the change section on the application form below and return to us with your existing permit and proof of residency for your new address. A replacement permit will be issued at no extra cost.

If the original permit is not returned when a change of address is filed, the current charge will be made for an additional permit.

In the event of the permit being lost or stolen it may be replaced, but the current charge will be made for the replacement.

If you no longer live in the area please return your old permit to the parking unit.
