Project management
Plymouth City Council has put in place a project management procedure for the delivery of its construction capital projects. These procedures are based on the Prince 2 project management methodology and fit into the RIBA (The Royal Institute of British Architects) stages. These procedures will enable best practice to be implemented in the management of the Council's capital construction projects.
