The Imaginators

'The Imaginators'

Create, enjoy, explore -
fun, free sessions for the under 5s

'The Imaginators' are a group of toddlers aged from around 18 months old and upwards, pre-school children, mums, dads, grandparents and carers who meet from 10.30am to 11.30am or 1pm to 2pm (with a prompt start!) on selected Wednesdays throughout the year to explore the Museum - and have fun!

With a focus on play, exploration and learning, every week is different as we journey around our galleries, objects and paintings.

The children learn to build relationships and try their hand at activities such as painting, singing and making all the time using their developing skills - and their imaginations!

Younger siblings/older babies are welcome too.

Advance booking is essential so please call us on 01752 304665 to reserve your place(s). Sessions are currently extremely busy but we do have a waiting list!

Here are some comments from previous attendees:

"Exploring the world in a touchy feely way"

"I love the hedgehog"

"Learning through play and having fun"

"Meeting new people and interacting"

"It builds both my child's confidence and mine"

"Getting used to singing songs and rhymes"
