Adopted

The Waste Development Plan Document was adopted by the Council on 21 April 2008, following receipt of the Inspectors report into the Public Examination.

Any person aggrieved by this Development Plan Document may make an application to the High Court under section 113 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, on the grounds that the document is not within the appropriate power or that a procedural requirement has not been complied with. Applications should be made within six weeks of the date of adoption of the Development Plan Document (DPD) on 21 April 2008.
