Schedule of fees when submitting an application
Fees for local land charges services and search fees with effect from 1 April 2012
All charges as detailed below remain unchanged.

Each CON 29 Part 2 optional enquiry, submitted with an LLC1 or CON 29 Part 1. Con 29 Part 2 optional enquiries submitted independently (ie without LLC1 or CON 29 enquiries) will incur an administration fee per application of £10. For example: Part 2 optional enquiry 5 - £10 + £10 = £20 Part 2 optional enquiry 4, 8 and 22 - £30 + £10 = £40 |

Registered common land and town or village green enquiries are now answered under question 22 of the revised Con 29 optional enquiry form for a fee of £10.
Please enclose two copies of a 1:1250 Ordnance Survey Plan - outlining the property to be searched against in red - with each application.
Copies for requests for planning consents are charged in accordance with the fees policy of planning services document below.
