Local Development Scheme
This sets out the scope and timetable for producing Plymouth’s Local Development Framework. It explains what Local Development Documents are going to be produced, by whom and when, with key dates from initial preparation to adoption.
It also explains the purpose and scope of each Local Development Document and the role of each within the Local Development Framework. In addition, it explains the strategic and local planning context within which the Local Development Framework is being produced, including the changeover arrangements from the adopted Local Plan to the Local Development Framework.
