Improving public transport infrastructure and reliability by installing Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) displays in bus shelters.

The installation of RTPI displays at strategic sites on the Northern Corridor has now been completed. The displays have been installed at

• Mutley Plain
• Crownhill High Level
• Alma Road (Milehouse Bus Depot)
• Mannamead Road (Golden Hind)
• Outland Road (Morrisons)
• Outland Road (Home Park)
• Tavistock Road (Great Berry Road)
• Mannamead Road (Vapron Road and Hartley Reservoir)

Scheme 2

Improving pedestrian crossing facilities on Hyde Park Road.

• Redesign of the junction and installation of pedestrian islands has been completed and has been well received by the local community.

Scheme 3

Improving pedestrian crossing facilities along Mannamead Road

• The installation of two pedestrian islands has been completed and the improvements have been well received by the public.

Consultation and public engagement
