Naming ceremonies

A naming ceremony is an opportunity to welcome a child or children into the family and declare your promise to be a good parent in front of family and friends, as well as a way for adults and friends chosen by you to pledge their special relationship with your child or children.

Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery's South Gallery and the Lantern Room at Smeaton's Tower are available for naming ceremonies under the terms of our civil ceremony licences.
