Observation toolkit
The observation toolkit provides resources for identifying, monitoring and supporting good practice in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). It can strengthen the self evaluation processes and support the development of higher quality provision. The observation tool reflects the four themes of the EYFS and close reference has been made to Ofsted grade descriptors for outstanding and good EYFS provision.
