Rating advisors

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Rating Surveyors Association (RSA) and Institute of Revenues and Rating (IRRV) have developed a code of practice who offer services relating to business rates.

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Rating Surveyors Association (RSA) have introduced the mandatory code of practice for its members from 1 April 2004. It is supported by the Valuation Office Agency. The code of practice is downloadable from The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors website.
