We carry out a regular monthly programme of customer consultation by selecting one day a month when all visitors to our office are asked to complete a simple questionnaire. The information gained from this is used to improve the service we provide to our customers.
We also carry out other forms of consultation, including questionnaires and telephone surveys on an ad-hoc basis for particular projects.
