About the Reading Voyage

A summer reading challenge for children. Read six books over the summer months to complete the challenge and collect your Reading Voyage medal and certificate.

How to join the Reading Voyage

Just visit your local library and sign up. It's free and any child over the age of four can join in.

You will be given your own reading log book which contains puzzles and challenges for you to complete.

How it works

• Each time you borrow books from the library, choose your favourite and make it one of your six Reading Voyage books, write down the details of the book in your reading log and give it a rating.
  
  
• Show your log to a member of library staff who will give you a sheet of stickers.
  
  

• The stickers will help you to solve the puzzles in your reading log. You will need to read six books and collect all six sticker sheets to complete the challenge.
