Tinside Lido

Plymouth's iconic waterfront Lido is now managed by Everyone Active and will open between Saturday 2 June and Sunday 30 September 2012.

The large outdoor salt water pool on Plymouth Hoe was built in 1935 and a £3.3 million restoration in 2003 restored it to its original art deco glory.

The pool includes fountains, inflatable fun sessions, views across Plymouth Sound, a sunbathing terrace, lounger, deckchair and wetsuit hire and disabled access.

Refreshments are available and picnics are allowed.
