Change of address
If you move address you must return the permit for your previous property and follow the new application process for your new address.
Change of vehicle
If you change your vehicle you must complete the resident parking permit application form and supply one document from the vehicle ownership list which is on the new application page. There is no administration fee if you return the original permit with your completed application. However, if you are unable to return the original permit you must follow the new application process and an administration fee of £30 will apply. You must not alter your original permit as this will leave you liable for a penalty charge notice to be issued.
