Council run car parks

We have 50 car parks and more than 5,200 parking spaces in Plymouth. 19 of these car parks are situated in and around the city centre.

Our car parks are free for disabled badge holders excluding the Theatre Royal car park, Regent Street car park and Western Approach car park. The blue badge and clock, where necessary, must be displayed correctly (the expiry date on the blue badge should be visible from the outside of the vehicle). Blue badge holders wishing to park in the Theatre Royal car park, Regent Street car park or Western Approach car park should check tariff signs for applicable charges.
