General referrals

How do you access Communication Interaction Team involvement?

1. Direct referral from the school to the Communication Interaction Team for involvement from the Autism/Social Communication Needs Team and The Language Needs Team. Parents and teachers need to make contact with their school Special Educational Needs Coordinator to discuss referral to the team.
2. Through the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), for information regarding this please contact phone 01752 304239/439411.
3. Early Years Team (CITEY) referrals can be made by either the SPOC see above or can be made by the (Early Years Inclusion Advisory Service) Early Years Forum, please contact 01752 304239.
4. Parents/carers please contact your school Special Educational Needs Coordinator to discuss referral to the Communication Interaction Team.
