Planning Services Customer Satisfaction Survey 2011

This is the Planning Department's third consecutive customer survey and our customers have told us they are very satisfied. Overall customer satisfaction has improved since 2009.

If you've had any contact with the Planning Services over the past year we're keen to get your views, whether you've made a Planning Application, commented on the Local Development Framework or have worked with Building Control we would like to hear from you.
