Construction was completed in August 2011.
Stonehouse Creek to Victoria Park
Consultation closed
Construction of a shared use cycle/footway from Richmond Walk to Victoria Park, including the provision of new street lighting. This new section of route will be largely off-road using quiet roads and parks and will link into the Devonport Heritage trail. A planning application was required because the construction of the path represents a change of use. Public consultation for this section of Plymouth Connect-West has been carried out through the planning application process.
Planning permission was obtained and construction has begun with scheme completion programmed for December.
Devonport Permeability

Route from Torpoint Ferry through to Stoke Damerel Community College linking to a further two primary schools and Devonport railway station.
