Elections 2012
Police and Crime Commissioner elections 2012
Parliament has passed the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act, which included proposals for the election of a Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall.
The election will be held on 15 November 2012.
Registering to vote
The deadline for registering to vote is 5pm on Wednesday 31 October 2012.
The deadline for registering for a postal vote is 5pm on Wednesday 31 October 2012.
The deadline for appointing a proxy (someone to vote on your behalf) is 5pm on Wednesday 7 November 2012.
Plymouth City Council elections 2012
Elections took place on Thursday 3 May 2012.
Although the city is divided into 20 wards only 19 wards were up for election - the exception was Drake ward.
