Go-on is for anyone new to using computers. The site contains a number of short courses from Starting with computers (using a mouse and keyboard) to Understanding Ebay. New courses are added all the time.

BBC - WebWise

A beginners guide to the Web from the BBC. Includes Computer tutor - a video showing you how to use a mouse and keyboard, a step-by-step online course, in depth guides on different aspects of the internet and Ask Bruce, answers to your internet questions.
