Application pack
We have put a lot of work into producing an application pack that both provides all the information we need to license a property and make the form as quick as possible to complete.
Many of the questions within the form are multiple choice.
The application pack has four forms. This was developed to allow landlords and managers or agents to resubmit certain forms without having to continually give their details.
The four forms are as follows:
- The property
- The owner
- The manager
- Management
If you resubmit a form you must re-sign and date it. It is very important that you read the application guidance before completing the form. Please send the completed forms to the Private Rented Team.
