Licensing
We have a number of licensing regulatory and registration powers and duties. The licensing section deals with the licensing and registrations of a wide range of people and premises.
These include
Premises licences for:
- Alcohol
- Regulated entertainment (such as live and recorded music, dancing, boxing, wrestling)
- Late night refreshment
Gambling (such as betting shops, bingo halls, casinos and adult gaming centres)

This section also deals with the following licences:

Payment for licences we provide can be paid by phone, please contact us for more information. Please note that all licensing applications will be dealt with by pre-booking appointments only.

Our online licensing register gives you access to up-to-date information on licensed premises, taxi licenses and personal license holders.
