Plymouth City Council holds a wide variety of commercial properties and industrial units across the City, including the City Centre. The Commercial and Valuation Division manage retail and other commercial, leisure, industrial and A3 properties.

The Division is made up of a group of dedicated officers, including Chartered Surveyors, who operate efficiently and are ISO 9001-2000 accredited which means their procedures have met exacting benchmarks laid down by the British Standards Institute.
