Workspace to let
Plymouth City Council offers a number of office spaces and service areas to let within the city area.
There are two main 'business centres' where small to medium sized businesses can acquire office space. These are City Business Park and The Business Centre.
City Business Park opened in 1984 when Enterprise House was built. In 1990, The City Business Park was expanded with the construction of the Computer Complex. Park Link is the most recent expansion to the area, which opened in 2001. This new area links the Enterprise House and Computer Complex together to form City Business Park.
The Business Centre opened in March 2008 and, like City Business Park, offers office space and serviced space to businesses that choose to operate in the Plymouth City region.
