HYP HOP
HYP HOP (Housed, Young, People, Housing, Opportunities, Plymouth) is a group managed by The Tenant Participation Team for young tenants aged between 16 and 25 years old that are already living in a Council home. HYP HOP aims to involve young tenants and to encourage them to have their say about their housing service.
We discuss things related to your home and the housing service we provide like:
- What could we change for the better?
- What works well?
- What could be improved?
Taking part in HYP HOP
If you're a young tenant who wants to tell us something about the housing service, or wants to see changes and improvements, we'd love you to take part. Taking part is free - you never have to pay for any of the activities or projects, they are funded by the Housing Department or by our partners.
We can only learn so much by sitting behind our desks! The real experience that you have of living within your homes everyday gives you a unique and valuable insight. We need your help to find out:
- What’s going wrong?
- What’s going right?
How you can get involved
You can call the Tenant Participation Officer on 01752 306278 or the Tenant Participation Team on 01752 306281 and speak to any of the Tenant Participation Officers or email tenantparticipation@plymouth.gov.uk.
